The Bartelt MAG-B is a high-efficiency horizontal form-fill-seal (HFFS) machine designed to deliver maximum output within a compact footprint. Utilizing magnetic linear track technology, it ensures precise motion control, rapid recipe-driven changeovers (15 minutes or less), and exceptional reliability for demanding production environments.

The MAG-B’s unique dual-side FFS process allows pouches to be formed, filled, and sealed on both the front and back of the machine, significantly reducing overall footprint while maintaining high speeds. With a production rate of up to 150 pouches per minute, it’s an ideal solution for space-constrained facilities looking to maximize efficiency without sacrificing output.

Supporting simplex, duplex, and triplex configurations, the MAG-B seamlessly handles a variety of pouch styles, including roll stock and pre-made pouches such as 3–4-sided fin seal, gusset bottom, Delta Pac stand-up pouches, and DOY stand-up pouches. Its modular design allows for easy upgrades and scalability, ensuring long-term adaptability to evolving production needs.
