INV Pack (formerly Inever) Stickpack and Sachet Packaging Equipment

In 1995, Inever, the first form/fill/seal company specializing in the innovative stickpack format, opened its field experience division.  Throughout the years, the company has evolved to follow the most rigorous security and hygienic rules including Ultra Clean format.

Now, Matrix has become the exclusive distributor for Inever.  Flexible Packaging Group markets, sells, and supports the Inever products throughout North and South America.  Offering stickpack and sachet packaging machines, the company has become a leading manufacturer, serving numerous industries including pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food. Service and spare parts within US locally.

Over 400 Inever machines have been installed at clients’ premises all across the world.  The company boasts of consistent upgrades, ensuring that customers receive the newest innovations in technology.  All stickpack models and sachet packaging machines are customized depending on product and format needs.

Both the BY300 Stickpack Form/Fill Seal Machine and the MVA500 Sachet Form/Fill/Seal Machine are Inever’s top machines, featuring a touchscreen panel and PLC panel, mechanical cam drive, a patented “built in” LASER device for easy opening pre-cut, main drive systems powered by brushless servo motors, and much more.

The BY300 Stickpack Form/Fill/Seal Machine forms, fills, and seals three side stickpacks from seven lanes to one lane, depending on stick widths, while the MVA500 Sachet Form/Fill/Seal Machine is designed for medium and low production outputs which require high quality sealing.  BY model is specifically designed for small and medium production runs for dosing powders, granulates, solids, liquids, and pasty products and can also be used as pharmaceutical equipment.  Innova’s MVA500 is flexible in terms of format and is capable to form a sachet with two different compartments already pre-cut, different shapes, and to change the sachet length through touch screen.
