The TT-8D-R pouch filler / sealer features widely flexible specifications for various pouch formats and product types. In a conveyor magazine, flat type pouches have the possibility to load more than 600 pouches. With a certain pouch opening with vacuum cups and mechanically gripping the pouch the pouch, the product will be positively filled into the pouch. The pouch sizes available include a width between 120 and 260 millimeters and a length between 130 and 400 millimeters.

With a variety of accessories such as the product feeding hopper and product counter, this pre-made pouch filler and sealer is designed with a capacity of 15 to 40 pouches per minute depending on the product. Optional additions to the TT-8D-R include a date printer, air squeeze device, stand-up pouch bottom opening device, N2 gas flush device, zip open-close device, and much more.
