Matrix Displays its Elete Premier VFFS at the 2023 Global Produce & Floral Show

Elete Premier
For produce packaging, there is no better solution than the Elete Premier vertical form fill seal machine. The Elete Premier is a high-performance, completely configurable packaging solution for larger bags. Capable of filling rates up to 130 bags per minute, the Elete Premier features a stainless steel, high-washdown design perfect for fruit and vegetable packaging applications that call for more hygienic attributes in their packaging machine. All major components, including fasteners, bearings, shafts and motors are suitable for harsher washdown environments. The machine can produce several different bag shapes such as pillow, gusset, and flat bottom with a variety of films, including recyclable materials.
The Elete Premier will be flexing its capabilities as part of a larger operating packaging line at the Global Produce & Floral Show. The line includes a Yamato scale fixed on top of a mezzanine. After product is loaded, the Yamato scale measures out a precise amount, which is then sent down to be packaged on the Elete Premier. From there bags travel up a Z-frame conveyor to an awaiting turntable, where show attendees can pick up a bag for closer inspection!
