Matrix Showcases the Apollo Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine At the SCAA ExpoApr 12, 2016
Matrix Packaging Machinery, powered by ProMach, showcases at the Specialty Coffee Association of America Exposition, April 14-17, in Atlanta, the Apollo intermittent motion vertical form fill seal machine for packaging coffee and tea at up to 150 bags per minute. The Apollo expands with the needs of the roaster and can be upgraded to go up to 180 bags per minute. Matrix also displays the Inever BY300 multilane stickpack packaging solution for throughput of up to 350 stickpacks per minute. (Matrix Booth 515)
The Apollo features new automatic setup capabilities that reduce changeover time and lead to higher productivity. The Apollo offers a small footprint to conserve floor space, PC-based architecture with the latest in servo motion control for exacting operation, and ProTech by ProMach™ the low cost remote tech support and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) monitoring service. The Apollo on display is paired with a state-of-the-art Spee-Dee auger filler for the utmost in performance.

Inever stickpack packaging system the BY300

The BY300 features PLC control, brushless servo motors, and a touch screen HMI. The machine’s rugged ergonomic design lends itself to easy cleaning and low maintenance. Available options include:
