Preferred Service Program

Matrix offers a Preferred Service Program which provides quarterly or semi-annual preventative maintenance by our factory-trained service technicians. The program offers consistency on the required and recommended service delivering service that saves money and reduces or eliminates downtime costs. Alternate service programs are tailored to our customer’s unique needs and are available on request.

Part of the Service Contract is sending out service technicians to perform an audit for your machines. These audits would make sure the machine is running smoothly by including things like

  • Testing current status of the machine
  • Functionality testing for all components
  • Seeing if there is a need to replace current parts or upgrade parts to the current version

We are conscience of the need to keep machines running and the production line flowing, so our technicians work quickly and effectively, generally completing a machine's audit in about two hours. While the audit will be preventing your production line from utilizing the specific machine, it is best to keep in mind that maintenance is cheaper than repairs. We find that customers who proactively schedule audits for every year save money in the long run over those who do not. While we do have same day technician assistance in certain situations and emergency services to get you up and running after a breakdown, a machine shutting down due to lack of maintenance will be down longer than it takes to perform an audit.
