Each chip is loaded with flavors and comes with a personalized character, evolving from a country and western feel to an intergalactic theme based on customer feedback.
Outlaw Snacks faced challenges with their previous packaging machinery and turned to Matrix for a more efficient solution. The Matrix Elite machines, known for their versatility, can produce various bag styles at up to 100 bags per minute. They feature automatic film tracking, a stainless steel frame, and optional add-ons like printers and labelers. The ease of use and quick changeover capabilities of the Elite machines have significantly improved Outlaw Snacks' packaging process.
The intuitive touchscreen interface allows for easy setup and maintenance, reducing changeover times to about 15 minutes. The integration with Yamato combination scales ensures precise weighing and control over the packaging line. Outlaw Snacks now operates six Matrix Elite machines almost around the clock, efficiently packaging bags from 2 to 28 ounces.
