Troy Schneider, Senior Vice President of ProMach's Flexible Packaging Group, introduces a virtual tour showcasing the Flexible Packaging Group island, which emphasizes easy changeover, high-speed, and versatile machinery. Troy highlights the Matrix Apollo vertical form-fill-seal machine.

Mike Crummy, an engineer at Matrix Packaging Machinery, discusses the Apollo's new features, including automatic controlled axes that reduce changeover time and errors. The touchscreen control allows for real-time adjustments and recipe saving, optimizing performance and reducing wasted packaging film. Jean Quban showcases the Niver MBC 1200, a high-speed machine producing 70 to 220 pouches per minute. It is ideal for liquids and pasty products, offering high-quality seals and advanced technology for processing films over 100 microns thick.

Bob Jolla, International Sales Manager for Rennco, discusses the 501 CCL cup counter bagger, featuring a laser counting system and accurate sealing capabilities, ensuring precise counts by scanning cup rims and discharging incorrectly positioned cups.

Eric Baum, Vice President and General Manager at Texwrap Packaging Systems, introduces the triad system, a modular machine with three separate in-feed systems. It is quick to market, modular, and plug-and-play, making it ideal for contract packagers and warehousing spaces.
