Matrix Mercury Packaging Cheese Curds
The Matrix Mercury intermittent machine works with multiple fillers. In this video a high incline conveyor is used to convey handfuls of fresh cheese curds up the conveyor. A light curtain then triggers the seal jaw to make the bag once the product has passed through. A weigh price labeler will complete the package after bags are produced, getting it ready for sale.
