In this video watch this innovative small-footprint packaging line. Featuring the Mercury intermittent form/fill/seal packaging m, a Spee-Cup filler, inline convey, Wexxar Bell Case Erector, counter, and sealer to produce and efficiently packaging 3 oz of hard candy and ready it to ship.
This packaging line starts with the Spee-Dee Cup Filler, ensuring accurate measuring of the product, the Matrix Mercury bagger forms, fills, and seals the package. It then moves smoothly up the inline conveyor to a Wexxar Bel counter, where the number of bags are accurately collected and deposited in each erected case or box, from the Wexxar Bel Case Erector. Once correctly filled, the box proceeds to the Case Sealer, where it is securely sealed and prepared for shipping.
